Living with a Green Heart is a Social Sustainability initiative whose main goal is to inspire, promote, and co-create a working environment where employees at all levels and in all aspects of organizations can feel good and well respected, flourish and thrive, and simply be their very best.
It connects likeminded companies and other organizations that believe that sustainability should be addressed holistically, and that the right emphasis on social sustainability and on placing people in the center of all activities could bring about a sustainable societal transformation for the better of us all.
Our experience and insights, once gained and put into daily practice, will guide and help us in our quest for meaning, for change, and for improving our emotions, engagements, and relationships. We want to produce and deliver products that embody our sustainable mindset and help our customers live in an environmentally friendly way. We thus aim to co-create a more informed and kinder future for ourselves and those that come after us.
A dedicated and proactive collective is only as strong as the people within it. Only together can we express all the potentials teeming within us and manifest them in everything we create and deliver to the market, in everything used by people who place their trust in us.

The times we are living in may seem like one social and emotional roller coaster with no beginning or end. Far too often, our reaction to life – born from our deeply ingrained desire for survival – is mechanical. And our desire for a sincere and authentic relationship with a fellow human being, a colleague has often been overrun by the constant need for efficiency and security. At the pace we are living now, there is not much space for anything else than profit maximization and balance sheets. It feels as if we’ve forgotten that, without a sincere human-to-human bond, first with ourselves, then with our team and ultimately with the community, economic success cannot be fully achieved.

Green Heart Youth
As Gen Z we are set to live most of our lives in the climate crisis. For many young people, climate action is not a choice, but a means of our survival. Hence, we define our generation by the cause of fighting the climate crisis. Many of us in Gen Z feel frustrated in the powerless position of waiting for the future to be built for us. We are strong believers that frustration can get us to march but hope, determination and desire for a better tomorrow can sustain a movement.
We at the Living With a Green Heart Youth believe that building a better tomorrow must be a collective effort where companies can get contributions towards their sustainability actions and transformations from Gen Zs and vice versa, Gen Zs can start interacting with actionable issues of companies and start leaving their mark directly on sustainability projects.
